Return and Exchange Policy
Because the majority of our products are handmade and unique, you should expect imperfections in the products. In an handmade product, imperfection made perfection! However we accept return and exchange if the product is defective or damaged.
Initiate return or exchange within 30 days from purchase date, by contacting us at sistersinlav@gmail.com. Please send a picture of the damaged product.
Item must be unused and in the original condition.
Include the order number
Refunds will be processed within 7/10 business days of receiving the return item using the same credit card you used to purchase the merchandise.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Note that shipping costs for return or exchange are not included and will not be deducted from the product refund amount. The refund will not be made until we receive the item returned. The customers incur all the shipping and insurance costs to and from TESORI ITALIANI LLC and these costs are not recoverable.
Cancellation of an order can be done within 8 hours of purchase. However once and order is processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
