P01 - Villa Alta Valdera

The villa is surrounded by 198 hectares of woods, cultivated fields, vineyards and olive groves. The road that leads to this enchanting location offers a wonderful panorama.
Historical Residence situated in the heart of the hills of Pisa, surrounded by sangiovese vineyards, olive groves and corn fields. On top of a hill, right in the middle of a this oak forest we find the Villa and the Castle (nowadays used as a ballroom for events), the historic cellar and a park with swimming pool. There is the possibility of staying in the attic of the villa or in the neighbouring farmhouse with a classic rural style.
