The Castle has an external garden in the bastions, a large internal court, a church, three very big salons, and bedrooms, making it a perfect Historical Residence. The Castle dominates, from its high position on top of a hill, a medieval town that has preserved its characteristic rural aspect.
The Castle is located in the Lunigiana area of Tuscany. It is surrounded by a wood of 33ectares where a number of impressive nature trails can be followed on the same ancient paths as those shown on historical maps. The uncontaminated nature of this territory is perfect for a relaxing, regenerating and intimate time.
In the austere Guard Tower 7 large double rooms and 2 suites have been built with all the mod-cons. The tower is 30 meters above the courtyard and offers an amazing view of the surrounding area. The rooms all have double beds, but can also be prepared with twin beds. Each room is tastefully decorated, and the décor is different from room to room. All the furniture is perfectly in harmony with the austerity of the manners of the middle ages, however. All the rooms are fully heated. Each room has cable for TV and internet connections.
A private library, two large living rooms and three other comfortable rooms to converse, read or gather are available to the guests.
